How it works

What happens between
"order placed" and "A-".

No mystery, no black box. Here is the exact path your paper takes — including the quality gate most services don't have.

1

You brief us — three minutes, no name

Pick the paper type, level, deadline, and length. Paste your rubric, attach files. Pay through an encrypted gateway. Your writer will only ever see an order number.

2

A verified human claims it

Our matching weighs subject, level, past ratings, and on-time history, then offers the order to the best-fit writer. Chose someone yourself on the Writers page? It goes straight to them.

Average claim time on weekdays: under 20 minutes.
3

You talk while they write

Your dashboard shows live status and a direct, encrypted chat with the writer. Clarify a source at 2am, ask for a thesis preview, change a detail — without going through support.

4

Quality gate: two machines check for machines

Before you see anything, the draft passes our QA desk: a plagiarism scan plus two independent AI detectors. If anything reads synthetic, it goes back to the writer — it never reaches you.

This is where the AI-detection report PDF is generated and signed.
5

Delivery: paper + proof, side by side

Download the finished work with its report attached. Need changes? Three revisions are free for 14 days, handled by your original writer on priority.

Approve, and earn credits back

Once you approve, 5% of the order value returns to your account as loyalty credit toward the next one. Most clients are back within a month.

Behind the scenes

The parts you don't see,
doing the heavy lifting

The QA desk is a separate team

Writers don't review their own work. A dedicated quality team — paid to find problems — clears every order against your rubric before release.

Deadlines have internal buffers

Writers work to a deadline earlier than yours. The gap is our margin for QA and revisions, so "on time" means on time.

Escrow protects both sides

Your payment is held until you approve the delivery. Writers are paid only for accepted work — the incentive structure does the policing.

Support is humans too

It would be a strange look to sell human writing through a chatbot. Every support message is answered by a person, around the clock.
