By creating an account or placing an order with ScholarPaperHelp ("the Service") you agree to these terms.
- The Service supplies custom-written model papers, editing, presentations and research assistance produced by verified human writers.
- You must provide accurate order instructions; the writer works strictly from what you submit.
- Accounts are personal. You are responsible for keeping your password confidential.
- All deliveries remain available in your dashboard after completion. We may suspend accounts used for abuse, fraud or unlawful activity.
Fair use policy
Materials provided by the Service are model documents for research and reference purposes only. They are intended to be used the way you would use a textbook, tutoring session or library source:
- as a study aid to understand a topic, structure or citation style;
- as a source of correctly referenced ideas for your own original work;
- as a model of academic formatting and argumentation.
Submitting a purchased model paper as your own work may violate your institution's academic integrity policy. Responsibility for proper use rests with the customer.
Refund policy
- Human-written guarantee: if any delivered paper fails an independent AI-detection check, you receive a full refund. This policy is binding.
- Late delivery: if we miss your deadline, you may claim a recalculation to the price of the deadline actually met, or a full refund if the paper is no longer usable.
- Quality disputes: request up to three free revisions within 14 days of delivery. If revisions cannot fix a documented failure to follow instructions, a partial or full refund applies.
- Cancellations: orders cancelled before a writer is assigned are refunded in full.
Privacy policy
- We collect only what the Service needs: an email address, order details and the files you upload.
- Writers never see your name — only an order number.
- Chat messages and files are stored solely to operate your orders and are never sold or shared with third parties.
- Plagiarism and AI-detection reports are processed securely and are not retained in our database after delivery.
- You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time via info@scholarpaperhelp.com.
